Mobile Friendly Customization Service

Price range: $275.00 through $675.00

Description

Is your website as “mobile friendly” as it should be?

If it’s not, it won’t be very “user friendly” for anyone visiting it through a mobile device. Since mobile traffic makes up 60.67% of all web traffic (as of 2024); this percentage represents how much business  you stand to lose by not having the issue addressed effectively and immediately.

FYI: If you’re not too sure, now might be a good time to check. A quick peak won’t suffice here. You would need to subject your site to a stringent “stress test” using several different mobile devices (with varying specs) to be sure.

Better yet, get a third party to do this for you. This will not only save you a bit of time; it will allow you to receive more accurate, unbiased feedback.

The Case against “Responsive” websites

Many web developer platforms these days come with the promise of being able to produce sites that are also “mobile responsive”.

What that essentially means is that the site you receive will also “show up” on a mobile device (regardless of it’s dimensions)….

However, a site being “mobile responsible” doesn’t automatically make it user friendly or even functional in some cases.

This is in part due to the differences in how we browse the internet on mobile devices and desktop devices.

On Desktop devices (such as PCs, laptops and TVs) we generally view everything in “landscape mode” and use peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard or trackpad for navigation.

Since we’re limited on real estate in mobile devices; we often make do without these peripherals. And often browse the web in portrait mode instead.

There’re also the disparities in dimensions, graphics resolutions, fonts, system specs, user interfaces and visual handling capacities to take into consideration.

All-in-all responsive websites (that hadn’t been customized or modified postproduction) fall short on many areas, posing real challenges to people visiting them through mobile devices. Plus they tend to look like makeshift solutions right out of the gate.

If your goal is to present your brand or company in the best light possible; you should ideally have 2 versions of the same site.

This is referring to two different sites (one for desktop machines, and one for mobile devices) built around the same theme, structure, ambience, and contents.

The site you receive from your developer (despite it not looking too great on mobile devices) is already a finished product. And therefore likely doesn’t require further improvements (at this juncture anyway).

That just leaves us with the part of formulating a more mobile friendly website….which is what me and my team of experienced SEO Specialists/Web developers (who have 30+ years of web design experience between us) are here to help you with:

Here’s a rundown of what our “mobile website makeover” process entails:

  1. Transferring a copy of your site’s contents onto a different “container/subdomain” enabling us to provide tailored solution for your mobile userbase

  1. Miniaturizing and reorganizing the elements of that new site so that it looks professional, congruent and well-structured

  1. Plugging in a new user interface/navigation engine to make the site more appealing and user-friendly to your mobile device userbase

  1. Optimization the new site for peak performance (specifically for the mobile userbase)

  1. Testing it across a myriad of mobile devices and platforms (with varying dimensions and specs) to ensure universal compatibility

The end result is a result is a “mobile website” that you’ll not only be proud to put your name behind; but one that will pay you back manyfold for years to come.
